Please double check that your full and correct shipping
 address is correct at checkout. Including apt/unit numbers. The address used when the order is placed is the address that your order will be shipped to.

There's currently a strange hiccup in the way items with variants that are on sale are showing their price. It's showing the discounted dollar amount from the price instead of the correct new price. The correct price will show when the item is in your cart. It's being corrected shortly once the programmers do their thing. 

Shipping companies (mostly USPS) have had an increase in delivery delays that in some cases have been up to 14 days or longer to deliver a package. This is out of our control. We have no extra info about packages after they leave us. Contacting the shipping company will get you the most up to date info. 

The best thing we’ve found for late/delayed USPS shipments is to file a “Missing Mail” request (option 3 at on this link Missing Mail Request) which has been successful in getting the package moving again.

We are not liable for lost/stolen packages and recommend purchasing extra insurance especially for rods that are over $100 each.
