Please double check that your address is full and correct at checkout. Including apt/unit numbers. The shipping address you input when the order is placed is the address that your order will be shipped to.

We are not liable for packages lost/stolen/marked as delivered that are not actually received and recommend purchasing extra insurance/signature especially for rods that are over $100 each.

Shipping companies (mostly USPS) have had an increase in delivery that in some cases have been up to 14 days or longer to deliver a package. This is out of our control. We have no extra info about packages after they leave us. Contacting the shipping company will get you the most up to date info. 

The best thing we’ve found for late/delayed USPS shipments is to file a “Missing Mail” request (option 3 at on this link Missing Mail Request) which has been successful in getting the package moving again.
