Returns/Warranty info and Return Form: Returns/Warranty

Having a registered account will allow you to access your past order history as well as your order status and shipping information. Please register your account and a lot of the questions about the status of your order will be answered. 

Shipping Update June 25th:

We recommend using FedEx. We've been told by USPS that packages can be delayed for 3-4 weeks in some cases. We've had very few issues with FedEx and have been changing a lot of orders to FedEx due to this. This is beyond our control. 

Insurance is available for your purchase as an item. If your is order lost or damaged and does not have insurance to cover the total it will only be reimbursed for up to $100. We are not liable for lost/stolen packages and recommend purchasing extra insurance.
