I am finding the refill very difficult to load onto the tube.
Korda confirmed that the "system" PVA mesh is loaded by machine. Hands are not a machine.
If practicing makes the process easier I will revisit my review (if allowed).
Mystery solved. Purchased spool was mislabeled. Replacement is on its way. Hence I upped my rating.

MM07/10/2016, 08:15 PMThe hex and micro mesh melt nicely and the system is easy to use. Most PVA melts if made the night before a trip this doesn't with the right stick mix or simple crushed boilies. Since I like to have things made up and ready do to only fishing short 4-6hr sessions.
I will suggest save this for big fish waters, as you will run out of pva quickly and just use pack on small quick fish venues.
