Special orders

Special orders can vary in time due to the stock that the Manufacturer has. This can take several (2-8) weeks. Century rods are almost always made to order. You will be contacted and kept up to date on the status of the items.

Special orders are non-refundable


Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping costs are based on three things; weight, size and destination. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 6am CST may ship same business day dependent upon the amount of orders we have.

We try our best to keep costs as low as possible. Some orders that include oversize items (both in weight and/or size) may require an additional fee. This again also depends on the final destination. Without having the exact order pulled, weighed and the final destination known it is hard for us to know the exact cost. But we can try and give our best estimate prior to ordering. 

Extra insurance/Signature Required can be added for an extra fee. Please contact us if those services are required. We offer shipping both USPS & FedEx Ground. USPS is for parcels less than 2lbs. Shipping rates for larger items (Chairs, Bedchairs, Shelters) can be cheaper if shipped to a business address. 

We do not have any extra insight into your order after it has left the warehouse. Any issues after you received your tracking number/email should be directed at USPS or FedEx depending on which you picked.

Note: FedEx 2-Day requires 2 business days for delivery. Orders placed on a Thursday or Friday and choosing 2 day will be delivered on Monday/Tuesday. We do not offer FedEx Saturday delivery.

FedEx Overnight: We package and ship orders every morning during the business week. If you place an order on a Thursday and choose FedEx Overnight it will not ship until Friday morning and will not be delivered until Monday/Tuesday.

FedEx Smarpost: Transit Times typically 2 to 7 business days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code. FedEx collects your package and at some point turns it over to USPS for delivery.

Terms & Conditions

We accept VISA, MasterCard, personal checks and money orders. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Big Carp Tackle offers a 30 day 100% satisfactory guarantee. Just return your product in its original packaging.

When it comes to returning item(s) we do not pay for/reimburse for the return shipping cost unless the item(s) are faulty or there was a mistake on our end of your order.

If returning an item(s) because you do not like/changed your mind the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

All returns must be shipped with an RMA# which will be the same as your original order invoice number.  To return an item please email us at sales@bigcarptackle. Please place that number clearly on the outside of your package. Any time sent without an RMA# will be refused at the customers expense. We always suggest covering your returns with shipping insurance as BCT cannot control damage in transit. Some items returned for a refund that may receive a $10 restocking fee.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any Books or literature.
  • Any Liquid, DVD, VHS tapes that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Please contact us if you have any questions about the shipping charges. BCT is not trying to make money on this process, but we do need to cover our packaging and shipping costs. We do not always have everything in stock, despite our best efforts. BCT will make our best estimate of a time of arrival of items requested we do not currently have in stock. If you request certain items we will backorder and ship when they become available. Please let us know if you want to wait for an item or if you prefer to cancel or substitute on your orginal email return request.

Shipments within Oklahoma are subject to a sales tax of 8%. There is no tax on shipments outside of Oklahoma.

If your packages are damaged upon receipt, you have to contact Fed-Ex or UPS immediately in order to make a claim by calling 1-800-GOFEDEX and ask for the claims department. The shipper has full responsibility BCT reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity
