All of the net handles we sell use the same threads for the spreader block.

The net has held up OK for me. I ripped a portion of the net during my first attempt to put it together and putting too much tension on it. However, I can chalk that up ti user error. I did recently have the screw that cob=connects the spreader block to the net handle snap. I will say I put a bit too much of a bad angle on it when pulling a fish from a steep bank, but I was still surprised how weak the screw was. I was able to use pliers to save the net handle, but the screw snapped flush on the spreader. Fortunately it's pretty cheap to replace. However I would replace the stock screw with a stronger if you buy it.

Nice fine mesh, nicer quality then more expensive nets ive bought in the past. I still had a metal spreader, so I am not using the included plastic block.

I have the 42" with metal spreader and an 8' handle. Ive netted around 30 carp and buffalo with it so far, with zero problems. Defiantly worth the money.
