Shipping Insurance & Signature Options
Fedex - Direct Signature Required
FedEx will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address only. If no one is available to sign, FedEx will attempt redelivery of the package on another date.
UPS Signature Required:
UPS will obtain the recipient's signature or other electronic acknowledgement of receipt from the recipient when this option is selected and provide you with a printed copy. You may also view the recipient's signature or electronic acknowledgement of receipt online.
USPS Signature Confirmation:
Find out information about the date and time an item was delivered, or when a delivery attempt was made. Add security by requiring a signature. A delivery record is kept by USPS and available electronically or by email, upon request.
Heavy Duty Shipping Tube for 3 Rods or less:
Protect your shipment of rods in a heavy duty, reusable shipping tube. This is the best and safest way to have your rods delivered to you. 1 Tube per 3 rods.
Additional Insurance:
Insurance is provided up to the first $100 of all orders excluding USPS First Class packages. You do not need to add insurance if your order is not over $100. Insurance also covers lost packages. If extra insurance is not purchased a lost package claim WILL NOT cover the total of the package.
Every $100 of extra insurance costs you $1.
For example: purchasing 1 item of insurance will insure your package for $200 total dollars as the first $100 is provided.
2 items of insurance = $300, 3 items of insurance =$400 and so on.
For USPS First Class - 1 item of insurance = $100 in insurance, 2 items of insurance = $200, and so on.
