Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed after 6am CST may ship same business day dependent upon the amount of orders we have. We strive to ship ship next business day from the date of your order however there may be rare occasions when it is not possible for us. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday-Friday). 

If you place multiple orders it may take an extra business day to process and combine the orders.

Orders placed with different billing and shipping addresses may be cancelled and refunded unless prior authorization is received. Please contact us before placing the order for authorization.

In order for more efficient/cost effective shipping there are times where we will change shipping carriers from the one you selected at checkout. If you need the shipment to go with a certain carrier please leave a note when ordering to ship with that carrier. For example if you chose UPS and we can ship it cheaper and faster with FedEx we will change it to FedEx. 

We will not be held financially responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep or any other personal or work premises. If this is a concern, please opt for signature confirmation.

Insurance does NOT cover packages that are stolen after they have been delivered.
If Shipping insurance is not selected, then BCT will NOT be held financially responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit.

We do not have any extra insight into your order after it has left the warehouse. Any issues after you received your tracking number/email should be directed at USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on which you picked. If your package(s) are delay or have not arrived we do not know their status. You should contact your local USPS, FedEx, or UPS for further information. 

USPS Priority Mail (is different than Priority Mail Express) does not have a guaranteed delivery time and is not an Expedited service.  It shows on our website "U.S.P.S. Priority Mail 2-Day" because of the distance you are from us. If you were further it would say 3-Day. These are standard delivery times however they can be longer or shorter than they quoted.

We do not accept orders over the phone for credit card liability. All order are to be placed via this website.

We try our best to keep costs as low as possible. If there is any difference in the cost of your shipping and what we can ship it for we credit you back the difference. Some orders that include oversize items (both in weight and/or size) may require an additional fee. This again also depends on the final destination. Without having the exact order pulled, weighed and the final destination known it is hard for us to know the exact cost. But we can try and give our best estimate prior to ordering. 

Extra insurance/Signature Required can be added for an extra fee. Please contact us if those services are required. Shipping rates can be cheaper if shipped to a business address.

FedEx 2-Day requires 2 business days for delivery. FedEx 2-Day orders placed before 6am Wednesday morning and choosing 2 day will be delivered on Monday/Tuesday. We do not offer FedEx Saturday delivery.

FedEx Overnight: If you need to have an order sent overnight please contact us as we do not have it offered at checkout due to the cost of the service. We can offer it however it is not cheap.
