Reels are smooth and cast well, spool well and have quite a nice retrieve ratio. Line clip is too tight and leaves some to be desired out of the box. Reel seat or "stand off" has more flex than I'd like to see, probably wouldn't buy again due to the flexing.

Just bought my second pair of these. Not sure what happened with the dude below but mine came wrapped up perfectly fine. In great shape and work great. Can't wait to get out for the first time this year this weekend and break em in!

I'm writing this for the 3rd times so let's hope they will publish it this time, let's be honest this reel is good but the reels they have here has some damaged because they didn't store it in a good shape so I got mine damaged and has some rust on it.
I send it back and I got my refund but they still have some customer issues and shipping problems even they charging you for two days of shipping but you will get it after days or a week that's depend on when they like to ship it!
let's hope it temporary issues because I got orders from them before and was good.
