Drennan Continental Boilie Hook
Regarded by many as one of the most reliable hook available. It's incredibly strong and the medium shank with beaked point ensures that very few bites are missed and very few lost.
Each hook is individually checked and presented in a special box with a magnifying panel built into the lid. This allows the angler a minute examination of the hook points and knots.

Drennan Wide Gape Specialist Hooks
The wide gape and curved point is an ideal shape for a wide range of baits and makes an excellent hook pattern for hair rigs.
Curved points seem to hold in better and less fish are lost. Being curved, they are also less prone to blunting and damage than straight points.

ESP Cryogen Chod-Hammer
The Chod-Hammers incorporate some of the best key features of their bigger brother, the highly effective Trig-Hammer; crucially we have mirrored the point profile of the Trig’s across all the sizes, so the long fine needle points are incredibly sharp. The twin tempering process also means that although the points are very fine, they are also tough and durable. We have also mirrored the bend of the Trig to create a very strong shape. The heavy forging and correct tempering gives the Chod-Hammers the correct degree of spring making them highly unlikely to open or snap.
The medium length shank terminates in a subtly out-turned eye, perfect for tying the knotless knot with stiff hook link materials such as bristle filament. On this range we have increased the eye diameter slightly so that the larger sizes can accommodate 25lb bristle filament three times through the eye.
Wire gauges on the Chod-Hammers have been kept the same as their forerunner the Cryogen Stiff Rigger. And with the sizes being very similar it means you can use the same pop-ups in relation to the hook size. These new hooks have past the testing process with flying colours, consistently achieving excellent hook holds and none of the guys that have tested them have felt the need to sharpen the points as they are needle sharp straight from the packet.

ESP Cryogen Classic
This hook is a result of taking the existing Big-T pattern and improving and refining it to create a better, stronger shape. The Classic features a longer, finer straight point which is slightly more inclined towards the shank. This fine ultra-sharp point combined with the slick PTFE Tufflon coating and micro barb ensures excellent hook holds. The 13-degree in-turned eye provides excellent anti-eject properties and is a highly versatile pattern for a wide range of presentations.6 – Reward points -
ESP Cryogen Claw Hammer Hooks
The point length has been increased to mirror the hugely successful Trig and Chod Hammers resulting in incredibly sharp hooks straight out of the packet. On the two largest sizes 4 and 5 the wire gauge has been stepped up by 0.1mm for improved strength and the heavy forging helps accentuates this. However due to the point length to wire diameter ratio used the points are still long, fine and needle sharp. The twin tempering process of heat and cryogenic tempering ensures formidable strength and point durability with just the right degree of shock absorbing ‘spring’ – neither too soft nor too brittle. As per all the other Cryogen hooks in the range, these feature a slick PTFE Teflon coating and micro barbs which ensure excellent penetration and secure hook holds.
Enlarged eye diameters pro-rata across the range of sizes allow for thicker monofilaments to be used with the knotless knot.

ESP Cryogen Grip Rigger
As the name suggests, this is an amalgam of the best features of the Cryogen Gripper and Stiff Rigger, which is almost unfair on the carp! The shape is that of the Stiff Rigger, with the fine curved 'sticky' point of the Gripper.We have been getting asked for a while for a chod / stiff rigger hook with an ultra-sharp beaked point and have answered those pleas with a hook that has even converted a few straight point devotees through the testing process! Although hook choice is often down to personal preference rather than exact science, a beaked point can provide extra assurance especially in weedy or snaggy conditions, with unbeatable hook holds - and so they have proved through the testing process.Made in the same wire gauges as the Cryogen Stiff Riggers, making them the perfect pop up hook, the Grip Riggers feature heavy forging and of course the Cryogen treatment making them incredibly strong with durable points.6 – Reward points -
ESP Cryogen Gripper
This pattern is the culmination of striving to design the perfect all round beaked point carp hook. The Gripper was subject to various design tweaks through the development process and the end result was well worth waiting for! The super fine, long curved point is the perfect shape and during testing, provided exceptionally secure hook holds. Other features include a 10-degree in-turned eye (slightly less than the Classic to allow for the inclined beaked point), heavy forging, micro barb and of course, the slick PTFE Tufflon coating.
