Its a good old anti-tangle sleeve. The only minus from my side is that its lacking an inside grove for the swivel.

If you want to ensure your rig is tangle free regardless these work well for that. Great value

Used the mini anti tangle sleeves for my rigs with short leaders of about 4 inches and these absolutely kept my hook link from tangling with the lead. Love them for the price and quality!
