We have added USPS Parcel Select Ground as a shipping option. It's their cheapest and slowest option that can take 4 or more days to be delivered. This option does not include any insurance however you can purchase extra. USPS has been notorious for not paying insurance claims especially for rods even when insured. USPS claims process is horrible and mostly denied. We HIGHLY recommend using FedEx for rods as we have almost zero problems since we started shipping them rods with FedEx and they actually pay the claims if a problem does happen.
If you are placing your first order we will only ship to the address associated with the payment details due to fraud. If you have a different billing and shipping address we will refund your order.
Please double check that your address is full and correct at checkout. Including apt/unit numbers. The shipping address you input when the order is placed is the address that your order will be shipped to.

Do not return a used item unless you contact us first. Our return policy states no returns on "Any item that is not in its original condition, used, damaged, or is missing parts."

We are not liable for packages lost/stolen/marked as delivered that are not actually received and recommend purchasing extra insurance/signature especially for rods that are over $100 each.

Insurance/Signature
If you place multiple orders we require an extra business day to combine and process them. Fishing rods may require an extra day before shipping due to checking each rod for damage before packaging.
